The Institute for Information Systems (WIN) is co-organizing the symposium "Human-Centered Business AI – Cognition and Wellbeing in the Autonomous Enterprise" with the MenschKI! project partners and SAP on 27 October 2026 in Karlsruhe. 

As enterprises move towards higher degrees of automation using generative AI, one question becomes decisive: how do we design these systems so that we successfully balance their impact on performance with human cognition and wellbeing The symposium covers research talks, hands-on use case presentations in sustainability, customer service, and finance & controlling from SAP, Allianz, BASF, EnBW and HSAG, a poster session with the next generation of researchers, and a get-together to keep the discussion going and accelerate networking.
