This industry-based doctoral student position is offered in cooperation between the Human-Centered Systems Lab (https://h-lab.win.kit.edu/) and Atruvia AG, the central IT and digitalization partner of the German Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. It focuses on the research and design of innovative conversational banking solutions utilizing agentic artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge graphs. The position is assigned to the "Data Ignite" squad, working in close collaboration with other Atruvia units, such as the AI ​​Competence Center and the omnichannel banking platform.  The doctoral project is primarily situated in the field of Information Systems, with interdisciplinary links to Human-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence.
