In our bachelor’s seminar “Intelligent & Responsible Information Systems”, which we offer every semester, we cover advanced topics related to the design of intelligent information systems, for example, in the areas of conversational agents, recommender systems, and decision support systems, as well as the question of how to ensure the trustworthiness and long-term accountability of these systems toward society. We employ a multi-method approach (implementation of machine learning techniques, quantitative empirical methods, as well as design science and qualitative methods in some cases).
